Welcome to my website

I'm a self taught artist living in England. Like most people I started drawing at an early age, also like most people I never developed it any further, but the desire was always there. Over the years I  played around with different mediums but always found myself coming back to the humble pencil, preferring the mystery of a black and white picture.

After studying various books and internet sites I improved the realism in my drawings, something I was searching for without being consciously aware of it. The most important thing I have learnt was not to rush, subconsciously I thought I had to complete a picture as quick as I could, which only led to frustration as I could not achieve the results I was after. Now it is not unusual for me to spend over 30 hours on one picture. Which can sometimes lead to burning the midnight oil to complete a commission deadline.
